We are located at the foot of Montemayor, between Marbella and Estepona. This preferred area, however, is not part of the typical beach centers mentioned. The administration here falls under a traditional municipality in the inland, on the slopes of Montemayor: Benahavís. Although Benahavís is also very tourist-oriented, it warmly welcomes newcomers and communicates on a personal level. Right by the sea lies Cancelada, a village where tourism is also quite evident.

However, the village center itself has retained its typical Andalusian charm. The further you venture into the surroundings of Benahavís, the more surprises you will encounter. Traditional hamlets alternate with state-of-the-art highlights: Istán amazes as an old mountain village with new life. The oldest golf course, named after the mountain itself, upholds English sportsmanship, the German Marbella Club has its country estate here, and the Italians open new golf courses.

On the access road from Cancelada to these tourism spots, where initially only individual self-sufficient developments exist, we hold two plots of just over 1,000 m² each. However, the development of the area is delayed, which makes selling as "not yet building land" unlikely. What might be possible instead is some form of land swap solution...
